Settling Your Medical Bill

When you visit Eye Care Centre for non-emergency visits, you are required to deposit all initial consultation fees or shortfalls prior to seeing any of the practitioners. Please note the following regarding your treatment costs:

Information regarding your consultation fees for each of our departments is available to you at our cashiers office or reception before you see your doctor.
During your consultation you may incur additional treatment costs beyond your consultation fees for any additional in-consultation treatments you receive.
Our general practitioners provide specialist referral letters for specialist treatment approval by MASM and other medical insurance for both external and internal specialist visits.

This means you can now get a referral letter at our clinic to see our Eye Specialists and you no longer need to bring a referral letter from an external general doctor.
We accept settlement of your medical bills by cash or with approved company medical schemes and health insurance providers. Currently, only our Eye Department accepts settlement of medical bills through medical schemes .

All other departments currently only accept settlement of bills with medical schemes from CDH and National Bank. This means, with the exception of treatments received from our Eye Department, members of all other medical schemes are required to settle their bills in cash for all treatments .
